Take a stroll through Neiman Marcus in Beverly Hills or Bergdorf Goodman in NYC and you will see how NOT to do so from women who flaunt their latest scars from face lifts, brow lifts, etc. It appears having plastic surgery that looks obvious is the new status symbol, bizarre right?
